In a recent display of honesty, a security guard has been commended after discovering a luggage filled with RM500,000 as it was left unattended.

Taking it onto their social media, A5 Security Services shared that they were pleased to find out that one of their security guards, Mr. Sherpa Dawa has displayed honesty and integrity while on duty. According to the post, it was said that just over the weekend, Mr. Sherpa was on duty at a mall located in Damansara.
As he was making his rounds at the car park. the responsible guard found an unattended suitcase. Wanting to ensure that the rightful owner is able to claim the suitcase, Mr. Sherpa immediately reported it to the mall management as well as local authorities. And upon opening the suitcase, the shocking RM500,000 amount was found.

Returning the suitcase to its rightful owner, Mr. Sherpa’s honesty and integrity was then rewarded and commended with a personal gift, as well as a certificate.
“Honoring our hero, Mr. Sherpa Dawa”, wrote the post.
Adding onto it, Hardeep Singh, the company director further emphasized that the guard’s response and quick action towards the situation exemplifies the values and high standards they uphold.
