Located in Petaling Jaya in the Jaya One shopping complex, Cara Cara aims to offer affordable therapy sessions to those who’d like to understand themselves better and heal. With over 17 licensed counselors and trainees, you’ll definitely be able to find a counselor that can cater to your mental health needs. Pricing starts at RM50 for trainee counselors, RM120 for professional tier 1 counselors and RM130 for professional tier 2 counselors.

If you’re looking to continue your sessions, they have packages available where you can schedule your sessions up to 2 months and session extensions are also allowed starting from RM25.   • MentCouch Psychology Centre Malaysia 

Located in in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, MentCouch Psychology is a multidisciplinary psychology center, providing various psychological and well-being services. Established by a group of mental health professionals from University Malaya Medical Centre (formerly University Hospital), these individuals have successfully become one of the most important voices in the mental health community in Malaysia. Back in 2019, the association has opened a new center named The Mind Hub located in TTDI in hopes of providing the local community with access to mental healthcare.

HumanKind provides counseling services aimed at pairing you with an individual trained in mental health to work together with you to understand your experiences and concerns, to provide you the support and the tools to manage challenging situations. Their counselling team consists of interns, professional counselors as well as art therapists ready to assist you in your healing journey.

Individual counselling sessions are priced at RM50 with their interns and RM150 for licensed counsellors, clinical psychologists and art therapists. As they have a policy to not turn away anyone who is in need of help due to financial reasons, please feel free to raise your concerns on not being able to pay for the sessions and they will work out a plan with you accordingly.
