Kuala Lumpur becomes 6th most visited country in the world!
Following the statistics by ASEAN Skyline, Kuala Lumpur has managed to secure the 6th spot in the list, which showed a slight improvement from last year. Prior to this, Kuala Lumpur was ranked as the 7th most visited city in the world. Welcoming over 13.79 million visitors this time round, Kuala Lumpur was praised for its vibrant culture and lush greenery.

Taking the lead, Bangkok in Thailand becomes the 1st most visited city, welcoming over 22.78 million visitors! Other than Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, another Southeast Asia country, Singapore has also made it on the list. Ranking at 5th place, just a spot above Malaysia, Singapore welcomes over 14.67 million visitors.
Prior to this, Kuala Lumpur was also ranked 17th out of 37 countries for the Best Holiday Destinations worldwide. In similar news, dubbed as a cultural hub, Kuala Lumpur was also ranked as 10th trending destination in the world.
