Kindness is a universal virtue that can foster better relationships. With that said, receiving a random act of kindness from a stranger can be touching and just recently, a Malaysian pilot has shared a heartwarming incident.
M’sian pilot shares heartwarming note written by passenger to thank them for their service
According to a post by Malaysian Airlines pilot, Paul Lau, he mentioned in his post that he received a note written on one of their serviettes. Upon reading the note left on the serviette, he was delighted to find out that the passenger was more than satisfied with their service.

In the note it said:
“From passenger 2522 18D, to all the flight crews. Tell the captain that thanks for flying smoothly despite the cloudy weather. I’ve terrible phobia of turbulence and was worried that late evening flight would be bumpy.
Thank you guys for the amazing experience, I truly appreciate it. Hope you guys have a great weekend!”
Speaking to Wau Post, Paul shared that the flight was heading back to Kuala Lumpur after a night’s stay in Kuching. As they were returning, the weather wasn’t ideal hence there could be turbulence.
Teamwork makes the dream work!
“As the weather was bad, the seatbelt sign had to be on most of the time during the flight”, he mentioned.
When asked how he felt about receiving the kind note, he expressed that he was really happy. He shared that small gestures like this would really help make their day and they appreciate the little kindness that they experience.

“However, I’d like to add on that it’s not just me who achieved this. It’s truly teamwork that made this happen”, he emphasised.
