As the saying goes, it’s the little things that matters most, this phrase can be used to describe this bus captain perfectly, as he exhibits exemplary attitude when performing his duties.
Rapid KL bus captain praised for his dedication and enthusiasm
Just recently, a Malaysian woman named Mei Ling has decided to share her experience when riding the bus to work. Speaking to Wau Post, Mei Ling shared that on May 19, she was enroute to her workplace and has decided to take the bus. Upon entering the bus, the bus captain gave her a warm and welcoming smile, doing so for each passenger that was boarding the bus.
However, what caught her attention the most, was the little things the bus captain did to ensure that all his passengers’ bus journey went smoothly. She shared that the bus captain would lightly honk when he arrives at the bus stop, alerting the passengers that are about to board the bus.

Mei Ling shared that he would also diligently announce the upcoming stops he would make, to ensure that all his passengers are well-prepared, if they decide to alight the bus. Following that, Mei Ling decided to take some time to craft an e-mail to Rapid KL, highlighting the exceptional dedication the bus driver has exhibited.
“Encounters with individuals who exhibit such remarkable passion for their work are truly inspiring and should be acknowledged”, she said, emphasising that she hopes that Rapid KL would acknowledge the bus captain’s commitment towards his job.

Subsequently, Mei Ling shared to us that Rapid KL has responded to her e-mail, thanking her for the time she took to compliment the bus driver and ensured her that her message has been conveyed to the bus captain and other drivers.
A little kindness goes a long way, and we hope that the bus captain is aware that his dedication and passion has definitely reflected positively!
