M’sian students graciously gifts their teacher local produces for Teacher’s Day, warms netizens’ hearts

Teachers play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and futures of their students. They are responsible for not only imparting academic knowledge but also fostering critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and social skills. Just recently, students from Perak have made headlines after sharing their unique gifts.

M’sian students graciously gifts their teacher local produces for Teacher’s Day

According to a video on Facebook, the children from SK Pos Bersih were seen giving their teachers handmade bouquets, wrapped in green banana leaves. Opening up the bouquet, the teacher was surprised to find out that different types of vegetables, spices as well as fruits were given to her.

Showing the produces in detail, she received vegetables like pucuk ubi, paku pakis ferns, along with spices and herbs like chili and ginger flowers. On top of that, the teacher was also gifted mangoes in a bag! Receiving these goodies, the teacher thanked her students for the produces expressing how grateful she was for the gifts.

“I’m touched that they would pluck the produces themselves”, she said, admiring their sincerity.
