Just over the weekend, BLACKPINK has made their way over to Malaysia in line with their highly-anticipated Born Pink world tour. While the concert was enjoyed by many who attended, some fans were reportedly disappointed with the seating arrangements provided by the event organiser due to their view being obstructed by fences.

For one Malaysian fan however, his dissatisfaction over the seats he had bought extended far beyond poor visibility.

In a Tweet that was uploaded by local netizen @nas_rahmann, he shared how he had managed to snag himself two highly coveted tickets to attend the BLACKPINK’s concert that happened over the weekend. As indicated by the booking details, the seat number that he chose was Section 207, Row G seat 37.

All was set for the big day itself, but as he arrived at his row, he made a shocking discovery.

Seat 37 did not exist. Instead, his designated Row G ended at seat 36! Nas then shared with local newspaper Sin Chew Daily, that when he bought his tickets, the seats were available on the official website. He did not expect for his seat to vanish upon arriving at the venue.

Following that, Nas then reported this issue to the concert organisers at the venue. To his chargrin, he was only told to be patient and they assured him that they would resolve the issue before the concert was due to start. Unfortunately, even as the concert finally began, none of the staff attended to him or offered a solution to his issue.

“Feeling defeated, I had no choice but to sit at the stairway for a while or just stand near the entrance”, he said.

After the concert, Nas, who is a lawyer has since drafted a Letter of Demand (LOD), whereby he is seeking for a total refund of RM480 on the concert tickets he purchased and RM1,000 as compensation for the ordeal he had to experience. He shared that as of now, the concert organisers have yet to get back to his requests, but he will be following up with it consistently.

Speaking to Wau Post, Nas has shared that if the organiser refuses and/or choose to not reply to his requests, he will most likely proceed to file a lawsuit against them in court. When asked for advice to those who are going through the same issue, he has shared that the first step to do is to notify the organizers themselves about this and grant them some time to reply.
