M’sian cashier buys snack for herself at her workplace, shows the CCTV that she has paid for the item

Occasionally, long hours at the workplace could cause one to lose their productivity. One of the many ways to combat the problem would be to take a short break or have a quick snack break before continuing. Just recently, a mini supermarket located in Bandar Puteri has released an adorable CCTV footage of their staff.

According to a TikTok video that was posted over the weekend, it showed that a woman was working as a cashier in a mini mart. The CCTV footage was posted by the mini mart’s management team, highlighting that this is what their staff would do when they’re on shift alone.

In the video, she was seen taking a bag of snack and proceeded to scan the snack she took into the system. After scanning, she took a RM5 note out from her pocket and showed it to the CCTV that was near her.

She then opened the cash register and put the RM5 in, not forgetting to take her change for the item she just purchased. After getting her change from the cash register, she showed the amount of change she has taken from the register as proof that she did not steal anything.

Subsequently, the video went viral on TikTok, garnering over 1.5million views and 74k likes. Her actions that displayed full honesty was pointed out by netizens in the comments section and here’s what some of them said:
