Kind M’sian teacher gifts his students with Starlink device to provide them with Internet
In certain rural areas, Internet is not a luxury that most students can get their hands on. This may hinder their learning and set them back without the proper access to the necessary materials.
Cikgu Izzat, a dedicated teacher, took the initiative to buy a Starlink device, ensuring his students could connect to the Internet. TikTok user AmOi Morni documented and shared the heartwarming moment, highlighting the teacher’s excitement upon collecting the state-of-the-art internet kit.
All from his own savings
In another TikTok video, the teacher emphasized that the Starlink purchase was solely his decision, made without any third-party support. “This was our own expense, not a sponsorship from any other party. It arrived early as we ordered it ourselves,” the video explains.
Yet, he didn’t forget to thank the government for their role in bringing Starlink technology to the nation. If not for the existence of such amenities, students might not have the chance to enjoy education as easily as this.
