When it comes to hospitality, it’s apparent that us Malaysians are always on top of our game. Just recently, a wheelchair bound individual, Nizhar Idham shared his heartwarming encounter at Berjaya Times Square Theme Park.
Times Square theme park staffs goes above & beyond to assist wheelchair bound M’sian
According to his video, Nizhar shared in his video that he wanted to ride on the roller coasters at the Times Square theme park. Throughout his experience there, he experienced nothing but warm hospitality from the staffs, but there was one particular incident that warmed his heart the most.
As he wanted to ride the roller coasters, he realised that there was no lift access, leaving him with no choice but to take the escalator. Thankfully, the staffs there were very accommodating to his situation, helping him access the ride. After he was done with the ride, he wanted to leave the premise but needed assistance.

“They noticed that I needed help and came straight to me”, he said.
4 of the staffs then came over, with 2 of them helping him up into a standing position, while the other 2 staffs placed his wheelchair onto the escalator. Their manager, dressed in a pink shirt also came over and assisted his staff, before helping him down the escalator. After ensuring his safety, the employees then left while he went about his day.
Ending the video, Nizhar thanked the employees for going above and beyond for him, urging the public to tag the employees if they could recognise them.
Truly a delight to see that Malaysians are so hospitable towards each other, going to great lengths for others.
