“New at work?”, M’sian lifeguard accidentally gets on water slide with a man after losing his balance

For those who are frequent water theme park goers, it’s a norma that every ride is manned by a lifeguard or two. Just recently, a Malaysian content creator has shared a hilarious video of him trying out the world longest slide.

According to a video posted on TikTok by Zach, it was seen that he had gotten onto a double tube float, with his partner close to him. As the lifeguard was about to position the float, he appears to have lost his balance and pushed the float off the slide.

Seeing that he had no other option, the lifeguard quickly hopped onto the tube with the man still oblivious that his girlfriend was left up there. As the man turned to look at his partner, he was surprised to find that the lifeguard was on the tube instead of his girlfriend.

“Where’s my baby?!”, he asked the lifeguard.

Interesting way to make friends

The lifeguard then answered him saying that his partner is still up there as she didn’t manage to get up on time. Seeing that there’s no turning back, the man accepted that he will be completing the ride with the lifeguard. He then shook the lifeguard’s hand and introduced himself, while the lifeguard did the same.

Taking this hilarious encounter to his social media pages, Zach shared that this was an unusual but interesting way to make new friends. Following his video, plenty of netizens have left their comments and here’s what some of them said:

“He really didn’t mean to get on the ride. You could see him struggling.” 

“They became best friends when they reach the bottom.” 

“I swear I laughed so hard that i lost my voice.” 

Truly a hilarious encounter but regardless we’re glad to see that he was able to enjoy his ride, despite the slight mishap!
