“My fiancé’s effort is unmatched”, M’sian woman shares clip of her fiancé cycling for 126km to see her

When it comes to love, plenty of people are willing to put in the effort the show their significant other that they care. Just recently, a woman named Lia has taken her appreciation towards her fiancé onto her socials, sharing the efforts her fiancé has put in just to catch a glimpse of her.

In her TikTok video, she started by saying,

“Do you want to know how much effort my fiancé’s putting in?

She then revealed that her partner has decided to embark on a cycling journey and travel 126km just to see her. With her partner residing in Selangor and her in Perak, Lia mentioned that the both of them are in a long-distance relationship. She said that it’s hard to meet up with each other when you live in different states as it could be expensive to travel, even by public transportation.

She said that when her partner decided to cycle to her, she wasn’t aware of his actions as it was actually a surprise for her. As he was on the way to surprise her, Lia expressed her concerns as she has not heard from him and did not receive any notification on his whereabouts.

However, she continued about her day and went to work in the morning at the supermarket. As she was working her morning shift she revealed that she was feeling slightly groggy and that’s when a customer came into the supermarket and decided to buy ice-cream.

“I found it odd that someone would buy ice-cream early in the morning”, she said.

As the customer approached her to pay for the item, she took a closer look at the customer and found out that the customer was none other than her fiancé! Feeling touched, she quickly realised that her partner’s reason for going missing in action was to surprise her.

Following her post, plenty of netizens have commended the man’s action and here’s what some of them said:
