M’sian chef starts a restaurant named Batik that serves M’sian cuisine in Poland!
Just recently, Poland content creator who is residing in Malaysia headed back to Poland for a short trip. She then shared several videos of her trying out a new restaurant in Poland called Batik. In her video, she shared that the chef who opened the restaurant is Malaysian, and their restaurant mainly serves halal Malaysian and some classic Indonesian dishes.

As she heads into the restaurant, the restaurant appears neat and decorated with some traditional elements. Didi, the chef and owner of the restaurant was in Poland studying for his degree. Shortly after he completed his education, he was offered a job but realised that his heart and passion lie elsewhere.
Mustering up the courage, Didi then decided to venture into the F&B industry and hence, the creation of Batik. Aga then headed over to the counter, excited to order as she absolutely loves Malaysian cuisine.

Speaking in Malay, Aga then ordered Nasi Lemak, Nasi Kerabu and Rendang, and then headed to a table to take a seat. As her meals were served, the chef, Didi then took the time to explain each this, sharing that he has made modifications in order to suit the taste of people in Poland.
“The Rendang recipe is actually inspired by my mom, and I tweaked it to make it my recipe”, he said.

As Aga tries the dishes, her face instantly lit up as it reminded her very much of Malaysia and how much she misses it. She repeatedly said that the food served was sedap and couldn’t help but continue eating. She then thanked Didi for the amazing meal and promptly encouraged for people to stop by his restaurant.
