Pandan Perantauan
Ingredient / Materials:
- Barista Creations Nocciola (40ml)
- Chocolate Powder (5g)
- Monin Pandan Syrup (15ml)
- Milk (60ml)
- Pandan Leaf Garnish
- VIEW Lungo Glass
- Nespresso Barista device
Recipe Ingredient / Materials Preparation Methods:
- Add in Pandan syrup and milk into the Barista Device and select “Latte Macchiato”
- Pour the mixture into the VIEW Lungo
- Brew a capsule of Barista Creations Nocciola into it.
- Sprinkle chocolate powder on top.
- Garnish with Pandan leaf as decoration.

Kueh Pagi Raya
Ingredient / Materials:
- Barista Creations Cioccolatino (40ml)
- Santan (30ml)
- Milk (15ml)
- Gula Melaka Syrup (15ml)
- Grated Gula Melaka Garnish
- Ice (2 x 30g)
- Reveal Lungo Glass
- Nespresso Barista device
Recipe Ingredient / Materials Preparation Methods:
- Pour gula melaka syrup, santan and milk into the Barista Device and press “Iced Frappe”.
- Add ice and brew 1 capsule of Barista Creations Cioccolatino into Reveal Lungo Glass.
- Pour the mixture from Barista device into the glass.
- Grate and garnish some gula melaka on top.

Ingredient / Materials:

- Milk (60ml)
- Monin Rose Syrup (15ml)
- Ice (30g)
- REVEAL Lungo Glass
- Nespresso Barista device
Recipe Ingredient / Materials Preparation Methods:
- Brew Barista Creations Vaniglia and add 1 ice cube into Barista Device. Select “Ice Nitro” mode.
- Add in Rose syrup and some ice into the Reveal Lungo Glass.
- Add milk into the glass.
- Pour the mixture from Barista device into the glass.

Ingredient / Materials:
- Barista Creations Caramello (40ml)
- Limau Kasturi (½ Lime)
- Fresh Passion Fruit (½ Fruit)
- Monin Passion Fruit Syrup (15ml)
- Sparkling Water (60ml)
- Smashed Lemongrass Stick Garnish
- Ice (3 x 30g)
- VIEW Recipe Glass
- Shaker
Recipe Ingredient / Materials Preparation Methods:
- Muddle half of lime kasturi, add on half of passion fruit into the glass. Then, add on passion fruit syrup.
- Add ice into cup.
- Pour in sparkling water.
- Add ice and brew the Barista Creations Caramello into the shaker and shake.
- Pour the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with smashed lemongrass stick.
