Just 2 weeks ago, the famous hotpot chain posted a teaser about a new service that they will be offering. Revealing their surprise, Haidilao hotpot has announced that they will be providing hair wash services for their customers!

In their teaser post over 2 weeks ago, the famous chain shared that a new service is coming soon. Keeping it a surprise, the restaurant shared a few keywords which includes “care”, “gentleness’ and “First overseas location”. And true enough, their post has generated buzz around the topic, with many users guessing that their new service would be a hair washing service.

To no surprise, just few days ago, Haidilao Hotpot has happily announced its first-ever hair washing service that will be available in a few days’ time! Launching its services on May 13, the restaurant also shared that the service will only be available at the IOI Puchong branch for the time being.
What to expect at for this hair washing service?
To be eligible for the hair wash, all you have to do is redeem it with your Haidilao points you’ve collected when dining at their restaurants. While it is a hair washing service, please do note that the restaurant is only providing hair wash, and not a cut or a full-on blow out!
But rest assured that once you’re done with the hair wash, their employees will help you blow dry your hair, ensuring that you’re ready to step out of the restaurant! Other than that, it’s also worth noting that the hair washing service is only available at designated hours, which is from: 11am to 3:30pm and 4pm to 9pm.
As there is only one washing station available, those who are keen to try their service would have to expect a longer wait time. The service is available for all their customers and only from Mondays to Thursdays!
