After going through a dark phase in life, being influenced negatively, this waiter has decided to change his course of life by enforcing change. This decision has led him to meet a great boss that not only cares for his wellbeing but appreciate the efforts he puts into his work. With his continuous efforts, this boss has decided to gift him a car!
Appreciative boss buys a car for his staff
According to a video posted by Vincent, a restaurant owner named Mr. Damith has made the decision to purchase a car for one of his staff that has been working for him for over three years. Sharing his employee’s story, the humble restaurant owner said,
“Before he started working for me, he was in a bad state. He had some really bad influence, causing him to not be able to find a job.”

Not penalising the man for his past, Mr. Damith decided to give this man a chance allowing him to work at his restaurant. Proving his worth and judgement, his employee has performed exceptionally well with his tasks. Wanting to reward the man for his efforts and hard work, Mr. Damith then bought him a car.
Surprising his staff, Mr. Damith parked the car outside of his restaurant and asked his staff to check out the car. Upon finding out that he was gifted a car, the man couldn’t hold back his tears and gave his boss a tight hug. Admiring his new car, it was apparent that he’s very grateful for the appreciation received.
