As Malaysia embraces the monsoon season, it’s apparent that many of us may face some inconvenience or difficulties when carrying out day-to-day tasks such as purchasing groceries. Just recently, a grocery shop employee from ST Rosyam mart has gone viral for his act of kindness during the rainy season.
Grocery shop employee escorts customers to their car with big umbrella
According to the video on TikTok, an employee from the convenience store was seen escorting their customers to their car with a big umbrella. Watching the video, many customers who shopped from the store were seen waiting outside of the store, seemingly waiting for the rain to stop.

Seeing that rain was rather heavy, an employee from the grocery store then took a big umbrella and started escorting the customers to their vehicles. Some of the customers were seen pushing their cart full of groceries, and to take it up a notch, the employee was also seen helping the customers carry their groceries.
Speaking to Wau Post, the store manager mentioned that escorting their customers during rainy season is actually a service they provide.

“We’re located in Setiawangsa and this is something we do often”, he said.

Praised for their customer service, it seems that most of the netizens who have had experience with the said convenience store chain were all positive!
