Just over a week ago, Tesla has officially had its unveiling at Pavilion KL and safe to say that plenty of Malaysians have stopped by the mall to catch a glimpse of the electrical cars. Other than that, the first few Tesla Supercharger were spotted in the parking lot at Pavilion KL! It was said that there are over 8 charging stations built, all of which are located in the underground carpark at B1 Zone C21.
M’sian YouTuber shares that he purchased a Tesla Model Y for RM199,000
Following its launch, a Malaysian YouTuber, Dennis Lim Ming has shared a short clip on his Instagram, revealing that he has bought a Tesla Model Y! In his Instagram video, Dennis was seen sitting in front of his laptop, reading the news of Tesla’s official launch. He visited the Tesla’s official webpage and shared a brief procedure on how he customised his car.

He decided to go with a classic white for the car and decided on not having the auto pilot feature. Upon purchasing the car, a 10% (RM20,400) down payment was required and subsequently, he would have to pay RM3,420 as his monthly instalment. Which is equivalent to a working-class adult in the Klang Valley!
He also made his way to the roadshow and checked out the car he has purchased, jokingly teasing that he was there to collect his new car. Then, he revealed that the waiting time for his car is actually quite long, and he was only able to collect his new Tesla early next year!
