ACCA stands for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, which is a globally recognized professional accounting body. The ACCA offers a range of qualifications and courses for those who want to pursue a career in accounting, finance, and business. The ACCA qualification is recognized and respected in over 180 countries around the world, making it a valuable credential for those who wish to work in international settings.
With that said, the ACCA is known to be incredibly challenging to score successfully but these two Malaysians have made Malaysia proud by topping the charts of their examination papers locally and abroad!
2 UiTM students tops the chart by scoring the highest in their respective papers locally and abroad
Taking to his socials, Zahid Hamidi, the deputy prime minister and minister of Rural and Regional Development shared the extraordinary achievements of 2 UiTM students who are MARA scholarship holders. In his post, he congratulated both students for scoring exceptionally well in their respective papers for the March intake, making Malaysia proud.
In his post he said,
“Congratulations to Julea Qiestyna binti Abu Zar and Danish Zafran bin Bazam for scoring well in their papers both locally and abroad.”
Julea Qiestyna is a student currently studying in UiTM Tapah. She has been awarded with the highest score in Malaysia and second highest score in the world for her recording financial transactions paper in the young talent programme for ACCA.
On the other hand, Danish Zafran bin Bazam is currently studying in UiTM Shah Alam and was presented as the Top ACCA Prize Winner. Danish has managed to achieve excellent results in his performance management paper, scoring first locally and third in the world.
Following that, deputy prime minister Zahid Hamidi then ended his post, congratulating the two students for their accomplishments once again, not forgetting to encourage other MARA scholarship holders to take this as inspiration to work harder towards their goals.
