Two men caught on video engaged in violent brawl with mamak staff in Cyberjaya

It bears repeating that in the case of any disputes or arguments, one should never instinctively turn to violence as an answer. After all in almost all cases, it not only makes a situation worse, but would lead to legal repercussions as well.

Fight breaks out at well-known mamak in Cyberjaya, video goes viral

In the video that has recently been widely circulated over social media, two men were caught on camera fighting with staff members of a popular mamak chain. One of the assailants, dressed in blue, could be seen throwing punches at one employee.

In spite of the fact that the employee appears to have been attempting to diffuse the conflict, the assailant made no efforts to stop and simply continued his assault. As the employee attempted to escape from under the man’s fury, another assailant with a red cap proceeded to hurl plastic plates at him, leaving the employee cornered behind the nasi kandar station.

The man with the red cap, who was later identified as a friend of the man in blue, then tried attacking the employee with a pair of tongs. Following the altercation, other employees from the eatery tried their best to break the fight but both assailants remained persistent. The man in red cap was then seen throwing more plates at the employees, trying to provoke them further.

After a few tries, the fight was eventually broken off and the video showed many other customers who were left in a state of shock over the incident that just took place. The camera proceeds to pan towards the man in blue struggling to walk in a straight line, leading many to speculate that he was drunk during the time of the fight.

As of now, the police have yet to release any information about the incident, but netizens have condemned the men for picking a fight with the mamak employees and causing a scene. It is believed that the incident took place in Cyberjaya.

“I hope the police gets to catch the duo for disrupting the peace or causing inconveniences at a public space.”

“One of the employees were hit by 2 men but none of the other employees bothered to help at first. no matter the problem, when one sees such situation, what should on lookers do? If this happens to one of your family members or loved ones how would you act? Be human.”
