One of the worst habits that Malaysians have is the tendency to litter, in spite of the obvious detriment it can cause. This habit of discarding rubbish anywhere not only pollutes our surroundings and leads to ecological damage, but it also stains the reputation of the country globally.

Unfortunately many continue to do so with little care, as evidenced by three individuals who were caught on camera in Johor recently doing exactly that.

The incriminating video was uploaded by user HinaBinti two days ago on the r/Malaysia Reddit thread, showing how three individuals unloaded a pickup truck containing bags of what appeared to be rubbish from the truck bed. In the short 17-second clip, it could be seen that the truck was parked at an empty land that was allegedly located in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

Despite knowing that they were recorded, the group did not appear to be at all bothered and continued to dispose their rubbish indiscriminately on the vacant plot, leaving a mess in  their wake.

After a moment, one of the men made an attempt to stop the witness from recording their activities. At this point in time, it is unclear as to when exactly the clip was filmed, and if the perpetrators have been identified by the local authorities.
