As first-time home buyers, the process of getting a house can be very daunting because other than meticulous paperwork, one would have to view plenty of houses, making sure that they’re able to find a home that’s suitable to their needs. Just recently, a property agent named Tommy has shared a video of him depicting a scenario.
M’sian property agent shares a funny video of house viewing
In his video, he shared that this is what happens when he encounters clients that only have time to view houses during their lunch breaks. He started out by greeting his ‘client’ and ran straight into the building where the house viewing is at. His ‘client’ then ran right behind him, following him into a lift.
As they arrive at their floor, Tommy was seen fleeding out of the lift with his ‘client’ at the back of him to a unit for viewing. The unit was a spacious three-bedroom apartment located in Damansara and as he opens the door, Tommy was seen running to the kitchen before showing the ‘client’ the living room.
Both of them rolled across the sofa and sat there for a good second before getting up and dashing through the master bedroom. Following that they headed over to a deck where it’s actually a private forest deck. The ‘house viewing’ ended rather quickly as he sent his ‘client’ back to his car.
Speaking to Wau Post, Tommy shared that he’s been in the field for half a decade and wanted to create something lighthearted yet somewhat informational to his audience.
“My friend and I were brainstorming for ideas, and this came into mind so we decided to just do it!’, he said.
When asked for advice for first-time home buyers, Tommy said that it’s good to keep a list of criteria that you’d like to prioritise as there is a low possibility that your first home would be the ‘perfect’ home.
“Avoid looking through too many options as it can confuse you, making it harder to decide”, he mentioned.
