Despite some mishaps and light injuries, the pair was seen fighting until the end, persevering until the end of the game. While defeated, the iconic duo has yet to lose hope as they will be playing one final match to win the bronze medal.

This marks their second defeat towards the four-time champion winning Chinese team, as they encountered them during their preliminary group stages. Regardless, Pearly and Thinaah should be proud of their achievements thus far as they were the only team that managed to drag out the game with three rounds.

All the best in fighting for the bronze medal, Pearly and Thinaah, we are all immensely proud of your achievement!
