Local netizen urges M’sians to support Penang woman selling RM1.00 nasi lemak

Local netizen M Shiva Nair recently took to sharing his encounter with her, after coming across the woman and her two children manning their small stall outside the Maybank branch in Simpang Ampat, Penang. Two photographs accompanied his post, one indicating the location of where her stall is located, and another showing her packets of nasi lemak, each selling for the paltry sum of just RM1.00.

“I urge the residents living in this area and others close to it to come and support this woman’s small business during the month of Ramadan, for the sake of helping her earn a living for herself and her children.” he wrote.
