Kind policemen ushers primary school student to school after finding out she missed her bus
Looking at the post, it was said that the young child was walking alone in her school uniform and bag without any adult supervision. Coincidentally, as three policemen, Mohd Rohaizam Bin Mohd Zin, Abang Azrul Izwan Bin Abang Aduka and Hasbullah Bin Abd Mana were conducting their daily rounds in ensuring the safety of the neighbourhood, they stumbled upon her.
Feeling odd, the three policemen then headed over to the student to understand the situation. Probing further, they found out that the girl had missed the bus that sends her to school and decided to walk. As she was wearing her school uniform, the three policemen were able to get ahold of the school as well the girl’s class teacher.
“We checked the distance, and she was planning to walk 1.5km to school”, they said.
The policemen then arranged for transport so they could safely send the girl to her school. After sending her to school, they made the extra effort to ensure that she was in goo d hands and urged the school to contact her caretakers of the matter.
Following the incident, the authorities have advised parents and other caretakers to always know their children’s whereabouts and ensure that their children are with adult supervision in order to avoid any unwanted mishaps.
We’re happy that the little girl got to school safe and thank you to the local authorities who stepped up and ensured the girl’s safety isn’t compromised.
