As the cost-of -living rises, plenty of Malaysians would look for different outlets to help them increase their income. With that said, there are some Malaysians who are willing to work hard in order to have a better life. Just recently, a Malaysian has shared a touching story of how her partner is working two jobs to increase his income.
“Corporate employee by day & hawker by night”, this M’sian works two jobs to increase his income
According to a TikTok video posted by Emalynn, she shared that her partner has been working two jobs every day, in hopes of increasing his income. She mentioned that during the day, her boyfriend has a corporate job and right after he ends his day job, he would rush down to a restaurant located in Bukit Jelutong.

“He sells laksa and mee rebus at night”, she wrote in her video.
In the video, her partner was seen preparing two bowls of noodles at the stall in his formal wear, before heading over to their table and placed the noodles down for the both of them. As they enjoy a meal together, Emalynn couldn’t help but feel sad for her partner as she sees him working round the clock all the time.

Speaking to Wau Post, Emalynn she mentioned that her partner has always been someone incredibly hardworking and has been juggling multiple jobs for years.
“I’m proud to be by his side and witness his growth”, she mentioned. As she didn’t expect for her video to blow up, she revealed that she was overwhelmed by the support and kindness she’s received these few days.
