Being an older vehicle. she had spent as much as over RM1,000 on top of the sale-price of the vehicle in the span of just four months for an assortment of repairs, as well as for routine servicing. Despite that, the vehicle was stolen from her only after five months of ownership.

What’s more, Nur explained that the trunk of her car had also contained 5 A4 paper boxes, each which contained vital government documents that belonged to a friend of hers. And while her friend had already lodged a police report over the missing paperwork, Nur herself had decided to also share the news over social media, with hopes that netizens could help her recover the stolen vehicle.

“The person could have changed my car’s numberplate, the colour of my car, etc. But I still hope that I will be able to recover it. If those who have taken my car are reading this Tweet, please return it to me.

Thank you so much, netizens. May all your affairs be eased here in this world and the next.” she wrote.

Nur had also explained that the car had been initially purchased from a used-car lot in Ipoh, and said that she had never once left the car overnight at a workshop for repairs. Neither the key or the alarm system have been duplicated either, to her knowledge. According to her police report, she had last seen her car outside the Fresh Cat Centre shop located at Section 7 in Shah Alam, where she had parked it before heading home.

Netizens have since chimed in with well-wishes, hoping that Nur will be able to be reunited with her car once more while promising to report back if they ever come across it.

“Kelisas are pretty expensive. That’s why they’re willing to steal it. Regardless of which, I hope that you’ll find your car. May you continue to be strong and pray that your Kelisa will return to you soon.”
