As we live in a society, it’s important to note that public decency is something we should practice as our actions in public may inconvenience others. That being said, certain social etiquettes and rules must be followed when we’re in public. Just recently, a video has surfaced online showcasing a woman who completely disregarded any social cues as she was found submerged in a fountain.
Video of woman wearing a dress found ‘swimming’ in the fountain at KLCC goes viral
In the 33-second-long video posted by My News Hub on Twitter, it showed a woman who was wearing a short bare-backed dress swimming around in a fountain located at KLCC. The foreign woman was seen submerging herself in the water before splashing water with her hands.
Subsequently, she swam over to the centre of the fountain and rested herself on her belly, exposing her black underwear to bystanders who were witnessing her actions. As she was enjoying her ‘swim’ in the fountain, a few other passersby then shouted at her asking for her to get out of the fountain.
The video then showed the woman already out of the fountain, standing next to an auxiliary policeman. She was seen crossing the streets with the policeman close to her, and as of now, it’s unclear if she was arrested or charges were pressed against her.
Following her actions, the video of the foreign woman swimming in the fountain has since garnered over 43,000 views on Twitter with plenty of netizens mocking her and here’s what some of them said:
“The weather is really hot brother, let her cool off her body, if not she might get a heatstroke.”
“Maybe it was really hot that day.”
“I think she’s drunk.”
“She’s drunk.”
This is a gentle reminder to act accordingly when in public as outrageous behaviours like these would potentially lead you to serious consequences!
