When it comes to excellency in studies, Malaysia has produced plenty of students that are extraordinary. That being said, it’s not the first time where we hear Malaysian students top the charts globally for international exam papers such as the ACCA. Just recently, a student from UTAR has garnered the attention of Malaysians for obtaining exceptional results!
UTAR student ranked 1st in M’sia & worldwide for her ACCA examination
According to a post by UTAR two weeks ago, a student in UTAR has topped the charts by ranking as first in Malaysia as well as worldwide for her strategic professional level – advanced financial management paper. She was said to have scored a whopping 91 out of 100 for her paper, topping charts globally and locally!

Following her achievements, Ng Yue Ann gave some insights on her paper, saying that the paper she took was designed to reprise the role of a senior financial executive or consultant in order to prepare students for any complex issues that they may face and provide strategic advice to their clients.
“Furthermore, the ACCA accelerate program is the driving source to being a professional accountant”, she said.
When asked why she chose the particular subject, she revealed that her interest revolves around Business Finance and Strategic Financial Management.
“The choice that stands out to me is the advanced financial management paper. It comprises all of my interests and strengths”, she mentioned.
